As an added convenience, you have the option to specify your preferred pick-up time during the booking process, making the experience tailored to your needs.
Please note that all pick-ups for boarding must be completed no later than 8pm, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free end to your pet's stay with us.
Payment Policies
We want to make sure your furry friend's stay is as seamless as possible. That's why we require a 50% deposit when booking your pet's visit, with the remaining balance due upon drop off.
